- Collection/delivery will usually be the day before if you require it early in the morning on the day itself. Pick the latest slot that we’re able to accommodate in order to ensure the freshness of the flowers (N.A. to dried and preserved flowers).
- Express delivery of 1 hour interval will be available upon check out at an additional $25. Please contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp +65 8767 8030 with your order ID to let us know your preferred express delivery time range.

- If the recipient is uncontactable, the items will be left at either the reception or front door.
- Should there be no granted access to the location and the contacts provided are unreachable, we will reach out to the sender to rearrange delivery at our discretion. Do note that a redelivery fee of $10 applies.
- If a wrong product has been delivered, do kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +65 8767 8030 so we can rectify it.
CHANGE OF MIND
- Should you wish to change a product choice or the delivery date and/or timeslot for your online order, do contact us at email@example.com or WhatsApp +65 8767 8030. Notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance else we will not be able to entertain such requests.
SEASONAL AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS
- Flowers are seasonal products, subjected to availability from orchards and farms. Should any blooms be unavailable, we will substitute with flowers of a similar or superior look/feel and value, doing our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original.
- All products are hand-made, so please allow for minor differences and imperfections.
